  • Interactive discussions on emotional overeating, intuitive eating and sustainable weight loss
  • How to eat more healthily to boost your happiness and energy levels
  • Learning how to improve your relationship with yourself through self-care
  • Finding that elusive work-life balance
  • Additional yoga and/or meditation sessions before bed

Tutor – Tali

Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach Tali currently resides in Edinburgh. Tali believes that through yoga, intuitive eating and improved self-awareness, you can be in control and lead a balanced life.

Although she has practised yoga on and off for 10 years, it wasn’t until 2012 that Tali really discovered yoga.

Tali believes that yoga is truly about creating union and harmony in the body and mind. And while it is a great form of exercise, improving cardiovascular function, strength and flexibility, it really is so much more than that. By practising self-acceptance on the mat, you can take what you experience in class and apply it to every aspect of your life, resulting in greater self-awareness and intrinsic strength.

Tali says:
‘I take inspiration from multiple lineages of yoga, from soothing Yin yoga to creative Power Vinyasa Flow. You can expect my classes to be intense but fun, with an emphasis on coordinating breathing with movement. They are tailored for all levels, from complete beginners up to more advanced practitioners, as I will always provide modifications to make more challenging poses more accessible. My classes will always finish with some gentle restorative postures and savasana to relax the mind and body.

I am also a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where the importance of eating well and looking after ourselves was really reinforced for me. These studies were transformational for me, and strengthened my desire to help others find the tools to heal themselves. My interests in health came after many years of yo-yo dieting. I used to have the worst relationship with food, but my life changed dramatically when I discovered intuitive eating and healthy foods. After studying nutrition and wellness through IIN, I now offer Health Coaching, where I mainly work with women who are going through similar struggles to improve their relationship with food, throw out the diet books, and fall back in love with themselves. Life is too short to put yourself down constantly.

With all the stresses of modern-day society, it is very easy to disconnect with what we really want from life. I used to work in genetics and love to combine science and alternative medicine. I see that everybody is different and that there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’, and I will help you strive to be the best version of yourself that you can be – and celebrate your uniqueness every step of the way. Whether it’s visiting handstands for the first time, healing your negative feelings around food, or discovering adventure in your daily life, I can help you.

Practising yoga has truly transformed my life and now I really want to help you discover your potential – physically, mentally and spiritually’.
