Join us for a yoga retreat at Gartmore House in the stunning Trossachs National Park and enjoy a few days of relaxation, meditation and reflection.

Sample daily itinerary
10am -11.30am – Opening Space and Yoga practice. A gentle yet energising flow to set you up for the day. Starting with mindful breath and ending with Savasana, you are welcome to do as much or as little as your body needs that day.
12.00pm -12.30pm – An invitation to Journal your experience, using words or drawing; or bring your own medium.
2pm – 2.45pm – Guided Mindful Drawing or Walking (weather dependent); or free time for reflection, wanderings or massage
3pm – 3.45pm – Yoga Nidra. Known as Yogic Sleep, you will be guided through a relaxing meditation – either seated or lying – to bring you to balance and promote inner healing.
3.45pm – 4pm – Closing Space
What you will need
- A mat (if you do not have your own you can borrow one)
- Comfortable clothes that you can bend and stretch in

How to book
Terms and Conditions
A £100 per person deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For breaks booked within 6 weeks, full payment is required at time of booking. Breaks are subject to availability and subject to change.
Classes are suitable for all over 16 years old. As with any form of exercise participants should have clearance from their medical advisors to exercise. Participants will be asked to complete a disclaimer before taking part and any special requirements should be notified to your teacher before booking. All equipment will be provided, although people are encouraged to bring their own mats and head support (a towel is adequate) if they have them.
